The open-concept floor plan includes three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an additional sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. The oversized kitchen, expansive dining area, cozy dinette, and inviting living room provide plenty of space to cook, gather, and enjoy time together.
For your beach adventures, we've got you covered with 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. You'll also have access to 4 bikes for exploring the area.

Respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
Do not park vehicles or trailers in the garage or on the grass. No heavy-duty commercial equipment allowed on the property.
Keep doors closed at all times — don't invite critters in during your stay.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
No shoes inside the house.
Children are welcome, but the house is not childproofed. Children should be supervised at all times.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no wipes, makeup wipes, or feminine hygiene products). Additional charges may apply for a clogged toilet.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Service animals are allowed with proof of certification, noted at time of booking. Emotional support animals (ESAs) are not allowed.
Grill: clean it after use and turn off the propane tank afterward. An extra cleaning fee applies if left dirty. Guests use the grill at their own risk; the host is not liable for misuse.
Bikes: do not leave unlocked outside. Guests use the bikes at their own risk; the host is not liable for any related incidents.
No smoking or vaping inside the house or on the porch. Evidence of smoking results in additional odor/stain removal fees.
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will incur extra cleaning charges, and disruptive guests may be asked to vacate immediately.
No illegal substances on the premises. Suspected drug use will result in authorities being engaged and guests being asked to vacate immediately.
Use only plastic dishes in the pool area for safety.
